Chateau de Blois in the Loire Valley, with winding stone staircases and large arches overlooking the courtyard, was once occupied by King Louis XII. This collection features two chateaux: King Louis XII's medieval castle, an intricate mixture of Gothic and Renaissance architecture; and, Francois I with its Italian architectural influence.
